Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one mykad99 account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. mykad99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to protect their login credentials.
User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from using the mykad99 platform for any unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, or any conduct that may compromise the integrity of the platform. The use of automated software, bots, or any tools designed to exploit the system is strictly forbidden.
Users are also prohibited from sharing accounts, transferring account ownership, or using another person's account. Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's functionality may result in legal action being taken.
Payment, Deposit and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the mykad99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is valid, belongs to them, and does not involve funds obtained through illegal means.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the chosen payment method. mykad99 reserves the right to decline or place on hold any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity. In such cases, we may require additional documentation for identity verification purposes.
Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once all verification requirements have been met. Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate. mykad99 is not liable for any delays or failed withdrawals caused by incorrect information.
Any attempt to reverse a legitimate transaction may result in the user's account being suspended immediately pending investigation. Should the claim be found to be without merit, the user may be subject to an administrative fee and the account may be terminated.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Mykad99 accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or betting outcomes. This platform is provided on an "as-is" basis with no guarantee of winnings.
Mykad99 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or upon request by a law enforcement agency. Any valid balance in the account will be returned in accordance with established procedures once the investigation is complete.
All content, logos, designs, software, and trademarks on the mykad99 platform are the exclusive property of mykad99 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from mykad99.
